〈바다를 사이에 두고 응시하는 섬들처럼〉은 작가가 조선 무용의 현장에서 보낸 시간을 움직임, 글, 이미지, 사운드, 영상으로 엮어냅니다. 

먼 시간으로부터 증여된 춤은 도달할 수 없는 장소에 대한 감정적인 연결을 이어갑니다.

Jee-Ae Lim, Like Islands gazing across the sea, 2026

Like Islands gazing across the sea is a lecture performance that weaves together the time the artist spent in the field of Joseon dance through movements, writings, images, sounds, and videos. Dance bequeathed from remote time continues emotional connection to a place that cannot be reached.
