We operate various projects to support and nurture art and culture.
Introduction

CHU Mirim majored in visual design, utilizing the smallest units of digital screens, square pixels, and shapes extracted from cities viewed through satellite maps as working modules. Setting contemporary everyday user interfaces in the web and urban environments, she aims to express the digital nostalgia and urban sensibility felt on the surface through various genres such as painting, installations, and videos. She has expanded her perspective to the data that fuels web and urban operations, attempting to explore the appearance of a data-centric society and symbolize and ventilate these observations metaphorically

She has recently participated in the duo exhibition Partner’s Desk with Hong Seung-hye (This Weekend Room, Seoul, 2024), as well as Young Korean Artists 2023 (MMCA, Gwacheon, 2023) and a solo exhibition titled Chaos Kong (Baik Art, Seoul, 2023). Additionally, she has been part of exhibitions held at institutions like Gyeongnam Art Museum, Ulsan Art Museum, and Seoul Museum of Art. Her works are collected in institutions such as the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Government Art Bank, and Hanwha Dream House. She participated as the 17th resident at MMCA Residency Goyang.
