Han Sungwoo received his B.F.A in art department from Korea University and an M.F.A in painting from Korea National University of Arts. He held several solo shows such as , Somewhere Between (A-Lounge, Seoul, 2022), Flower; Wall (PLACEMAK2, Seoul, 2020), Balancing (SongEun ArtCube, Seoul, 2020), Port08 (Outhouse, Seoul, 2019), From Scenery (Space Willing N Dealing, Seoul, 2013) and participated in many group exhibitions such as Books and Things (Helen J Gallery, LA, 2022), Summer Love 2022 (SONGEUN, Seoul, 2022), Cloud Matter (Artspace3, Seoul, 2022), Anamorphose : Depict but Blurry, Distant but Vivid (WESS, Seoul, 2020), Scenographic Imagination (Beijing Commune, Beijing, 2019).
He participated in residency programs including Cheongju Art Studio, Whiteblock Artist-In-Residency Cheonan and K'ARTS Studio and His work is included in public collections such as Busan Museum of Art, Cheongju Museum of Art, Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art.
