※ Term of Art Fund and Rules & Procedures
- Support from another institution cannot be used for the exhibition staged with Art Fund.
- 2021 SeMA Nanji Residency artists are not eligible.
- When applying as a team, only one person representing the team submits the application.
- If the fund winner drops out after one week after the date of announcement, he or she will not be eligible for future applications.
- If the fund winner is absent, the one with the second highest point wins the fund.
Application Period and Application Method
- Period: February 1 (Mon), 2021 ~ 18:00 February 10 (Wed), 2021
- Method: Apply online on the Seoul Museum of Art homepage
- Sign up for a membership on SeMA homepage and log in. Go to News and Click Participate.
> Find Support for Emerging Artists > Click the “Apply” button active during the application period.
※ Application can be submitted online only. / Application is not accepted by mail or in person.
※ At the last closing hour, the connection may slow down or the server crash. Early submission is recommended.
Applicants are encouraged to read and fully understand the content of the support program by reading the announcement made by SeMA that details conditions of the candidate, application methods and other information on the support program before submitting the application.

- Portfolio (Attached file) / File Format: PDF smaller than 10 MB
- Download the form on the “Support Emerging Artists” page of the SeMA homepage.
※ Be sure to use the new 2021 form to create a portfolio.
※ Under the section “Introduction of the Funded Exhibition,” include and describe your plan to hold an online exhibition in the event of a canceled offline show due to the Covid-19 measures.
※ Applications using forms other than the one provided by SeMA may result in exclusion from the evaluation.
